- Listen, but don’t ask – if someone wants to share their story with you, this is a gift. Listen with respect and without judgement.
- Create as much laughter and as many smiles as you can!
- We do not take pictures or share personal information of anyone we serve – we respect the privacy of our community!
- We have different walks of life and beliefs in our community. We do not promote specific religions or beliefs, or make our support conditional.
- We will have integrity at all times. Our community is unseen and unrepresented. We will honor them and their needs.
- We do what we say!
